Where Marketing Heist offers a results-based guarantee, the specific terms of that guarantee will be clearly stated in your client agreement. General outcome statements on this website are illustrative and not contractually binding unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Marketing Heist reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these Terms or their service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing Heist's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the operating territory of Marketing Heist.
